Manage your real estate business with iPhone

Apple’s latest real estate iPhone app approval is AgentWorx by AppSpice. It’s a productivity management tool for agents (for ten bucks).

We all know those calls we get at the most inopportune time; you know, as you’re getting out of bed in the morning, walking out of a movie, getting off of a plane and a buyer calls wanting information on a listing? Of course you do, we have all had those moments, but what has changed is the need to fumble for a stats sheet with the property listing details, because it’s right there on your phone- it really is your business at your fingertips.

AgentWorx, created by Broker Chris Larsson, a Top Producing agent with Coldwell Banker Barbara Sue Seal Properties in Portland, OR. When the market went soft, he decided to produce a tool that agents could use to improve productivity using iPhone.

Don’t yap about your value, DEMONSTRATE it

A really sweet feature is the ability to shoot a digital flyer about the property to your buyer caller as you’re on the phone with them by simply asking for their email address as you visit- see what you just did there? You’ve got the critical details of the buyer caller and just dropped a postcard in their inbox- impress your callers, right?

There’s more! From your ‘Agent Dashboard,’ you’re able to look at your goals and where you stand at any given moment from commissions earned to automatic goal tracking, buyer management, pipeline management…

This thing is loaded with features whether you get the ‘light (free) version’ of the App or opt for the wallet buster price of $9.99 for the full blown management system.

something that irritates me right off the bat is the hard push every time I open it up it reminds that I am using the lite version and pushes for the full version purchase.

overall it’s definitely clean and easy navigation. you can upload buyers/sellers/contacts straight from you address book which is nice and input criteria for each contact. no more writing things down

would be nice if one of these things integrate mileage tracking with the ability to export to .csv or something along that line to slap across the accountants desk. I currently use an iphone app called miLog which tracks every mile personal or biz related

waiting for one of these apps to have everything in one!

right now I’m spread across to many platforms for example email>>>gmail self hosted with ‘get things done’ firefox extension, crm>>>basecamp, email marketing>>>aweber, biz tracking>>>quicken, evernote>>> for everything else and probably a few others that I lost track of

One day an all in one will become available but who knows when. I like the fact that most of the new business tools for us are becoming cheap! Not so many years ago every business tool you wanted or needed was super expensive. TopProducer, Agent 2000 and so on. Now I’ve basically converted my business to MOSTLY free apps and free CRM tools. Much better.
