something that irritates me right off the bat is the hard push every time I open it up it reminds that I am using the lite version and pushes for the full version purchase.

overall it’s definitely clean and easy navigation. you can upload buyers/sellers/contacts straight from you address book which is nice and input criteria for each contact. no more writing things down

would be nice if one of these things integrate mileage tracking with the ability to export to .csv or something along that line to slap across the accountants desk. I currently use an iphone app called miLog which tracks every mile personal or biz related

waiting for one of these apps to have everything in one!

right now I’m spread across to many platforms for example email>>>gmail self hosted with ‘get things done’ firefox extension, crm>>>basecamp, email marketing>>>aweber, biz tracking>>>quicken, evernote>>> for everything else and probably a few others that I lost track of

One day an all in one will become available but who knows when. I like the fact that most of the new business tools for us are becoming cheap! Not so many years ago every business tool you wanted or needed was super expensive. TopProducer, Agent 2000 and so on. Now I’ve basically converted my business to MOSTLY free apps and free CRM tools. Much better.
