Redfin, Zillow and Findwell in the news today

Zillow makes news for dumping their real estate licenses almost nationwide and teams up with Weichart Realtors to get their feeds on the same day that Redfin announces they’re more and more like a traditional brokerage but their website is sexier today immediately followed up by Seattle online brokerage findwell.com calling Redfin out for their poor customer service. It’s gettin’ hot in here!

As for RF, they just can’t hold on to a business model nor message that works. First, they’re “discount” and rag on traditional brokerage firms. Now they’re saying that they’re more like the same “traditional” brokerage firms they’ve been ragging on this whole time?!

I find it so interesting that the new way is once again the old way. It’s unfortunate that it cost a bizillion dollars to figure it out. I coulda told ‘em. lol.
As Jerry Lee Lewis once screamed while standing on and pounding his piano, there’s a “Whole lotta shakin’ goin’ on”.
