The holiday season is quickly approaching, and I know how hard it is to come up with great ideas for the real estate agents in your life. So, I have developed a list of great gift ideas for real estate agents. Now, if you ARE an agent, feel free to just print out this list and give it to your loved ones.
Top 6 Gift Ideas for Real Estate Agents
#6: An iPhone
Every real estate agent, deep down in their heart of hearts, wants an iPhone. Even the ones who already have one would like a NEW one … or ANOTHER one. How cool would THAT be? 2 iPhones?!
#5: Fake Call Software
It is always a roll of the dice when a real estate agent goes to meet with a prospective client, lender, business 2 Business group or even while simply standing in line at Starbucks. You never know when they will need an escape plan for that awkward moment when they can’t seem to get away.
Because it is not a good idea to have a real estate agent armed with REAL ammo … not in THIS market.
#3: Animatronic Singing and Talking Elvis Bust
One of these in their office will help drown out the occasional profane outbursts that often follow conversations with irrational buyers/sellers/other agents …
#2: Star Wars Darth Vader Toaster

Because what real estate agent’s morning is complete without a slice of the Dark Side with their coffee?
#1: A Client
The number one gift that you can give the real estate agent in your life is a living and breathing buyer-client who has 20% down, great credit and reasonable expectations regarding what to offer on a property and wants to only look at 5 homes and close in 30 days.
I hope that this list helps YOU when it comes to finding that “perfect something” for the real estate agent in your life.

lol! No, I want the toaster!
Tell us more about the Fog Ring Blaster. I am intrigued.
Benn – No kidding. That toaster rawks!
Elaine – “The New Zero Blaster launches 2 to 4 inch diameter non-toxic fog rings that sail up to twelve feet. Easy to use, it is a great stress buster and with practice you’ll be able to create bigger and better rings.”
Well, I got my Christmas present early I guess … put a #1 in contract last night with NO counters.
I think I’d like the Blaster Gun also.
I’m really torn between the toaster and the iPhone. Of course, I don’t eat much toast, but it is Darth Vader toast. Made me think of the Eddie Izzard sketch about the Death Star as well…and that always makes me laugh.
Elaine – Congrats!
Matt – Eddie Izzard KILLS me. I almost forgot about that one.

Mariana – Being married to a Brit you wind up watching a lot of Eddie Izzard. And I’m not complaining. He’s hilarious.
I want an iphone first – your right, every agent secretly wants one. I just love the games:)
I would like an I Phone. I don’t have A T & T, but it would be a cool thing to have. The holidays are right around the corner. Thank you for the run and refreshing post.
Now I have to make some changes to my Christmas wish list.
What’s an iPhone?
