  1. Hi! I'm Rudy from Trulia. Nice to Meet you...

    Hi T!

Anyone can read an article or a book, summarize it and then preach the gospel. There is a difference however as you suggest from getting information from people that “walk the talk”. It’s hard to beat practical first hand experience.

Teresa, let me first begin by saying that coming from you, those are compliments all the way around to agent genius, and that means a lot.

Secondly, amen. Everyone wants to cash in on one hand, but they aren’t out here doing the hard work of actually learning the curve with us. I recently attended a tech conference here in Austin only to end up leading the group- the so-called instructor even asked me questions. Sad, but true.

    T,

I was hoping it was like , maybe 7-10%. Just for the sake of it being a great party, once we all got here.

    Oh T! I’m blushing.
Thanks so much for the mention. It’s so nice to be recognized for all the hard work we have put into our “education first” model.

You are an inspiration to so many that we teach… it’s almost as if you have made our training that much easier.

PS – love the new avatar.

You are correct in who is good and who is not. You have to know something to be able to tell and find out. I am wondering when our real estate brokers are going to start blogging. The agents tend to be ahead of the curve, but what personality will they have.

I am so glad to have found this blog. Some of the information I see on real estate marketing is written by marketers not realtors turned marketers. Technology is being used and embraced wholeheartedly by the consumer and not enough by the agents.
