Here is a link for a webinar I did about a week ago for Number 1 Expert.  You do have to fill out a short form to listen and give them them information to get to the actual recording.  It is about an hour long and you will see slides on the screen that are in sync with my answers.  They titled the talk, “How to Stay Positive in Uncertain Market Conditions”.

Some good stuff.

I assume Number 1 Expert never changed their nefarious and deceptive linking policies taking advantage of the technical ignorance of agents using their badges/links??? Am I wrong? Last time I read about the issue agents were still helping trulia rises in the rankings for city state real estate while they got nothing in term of seo from Trulia.

If that is still the case I am deeply disappointed you would associate yourself with anything to do with Number 1 Expert, Russel. In fact I’m angry about it and disgusted–seems like a total sell out of yourself for some unknown reason because you obviously don’t need the money.

why are any agents doing anything but lambasting Number 1 Expert and trying to educate agents who have been used by them in blissful ignorance?

J I think people vote how they feel about n1e with whether or not they give them an email addy to view the webinar- Russell can defend himself in this matter, but I’ll give Russell the bene of the doubt that he doesn’t know all of the politics around n1e- in fact, I had hadn’t realized the connection to advanced access until your comment and I clicked through- thanks for the reminder.

I don’t think anything here on my part is “selling out” because I didn’t get any money. Or anything else. This was simply another interview that I did. Yes, it has commercials at the beginning, middle and end.

I thought the Trulia linking was beyond stupid but prior to discovering that I already had the Trulia maps completely removed from my site because I didn’t like them because not all of my listings showed up.

There is no claim on my part that Number 1 Expert sites are perfect – in fact, they tend to be clunky and slow loading. But I meant exactly what I said about why I like my site, http://www.russellshawrealtor.com – which is a number 1 expert site. It isn’t the “looks” and it isn’t their “search optimization”. It is the “instant listings” and “homecaster” features. I now have over 9,000 email addresses there and in just a few minutes I can send a custom email to all 9,000 of them that doesn’t get marked as spam because their sever sends them out one at a time. I figured out how to bypass their dumb “stationary” and made my own custom letterhead. It is the unlimited ability to do this that I personally find so valuable to me. Here is a sample, the email I sent yesterday: http://www.phxhomefinder.com/4thofJuly.htm

Number 1 expert websites are extremely boring, and with all the great Wordpress templates available, I find it hard to believe that any tech savvy agent would use such a service. Seems like a lazy way to run your online business.
