Appealing to all ages
With the rapid pace of technology innovation, we’re often looking for the faster tool, the sexier, shinier tool and are seeking out what’s next. Sometimes, it’s worth pausing or slowing down for those who are overwhelmed or confused.
We ran into a laptop concept designed for users over 65 and given the amount of Realtors who are over 65, if this made it to market, it could be a huge help for those who are still nervous about the non-self-explanatory nature of computers.

I think this design makes sense for any age – Think Universal Design! If and when this comes to market, it needs to be marketed as being user friendly – not senior friendly.
Will the 65+ agent flock to it? Probably not. Many have such a "techno-block" that nothing can break through.

Great idea, but why the re-organized keyboard. It should look just like the one they learned to type on. Just like the one I learned to type on. Like a real typewriter keyboard. Don't move the punctuation.
