We’re rolling out new features designed to assist you in getting the most from your participation at AG. Sure, commenting is important to the greater conversation, but we want to give you more!

For example, we think if you’re a frequent commenter, you should get the benefit of a dofollow link in your comments!

Links back (backlinks) to your blog that Google actually gives you credit for are essential to good pagerank for your wordpress blog!

Not to mention, we thought it might be cool to unlock some of our social features that help you to connect with other AG members, as well as allow non-AG members to connect with you in the social sphere!

Q: Does this mean that commenters must be logged in to comment?

A: Heck no! Anyone can comment on AG once you’ve been verified human, but you’ll not be privy to the features mentioned here, nor the new features coming over the next few months!

Q: What about privacy?

A: Pretty easy question to answer, because we have no intention, nor will we ever entertain selling your email address.

Q: What does it costs?

A: We like being poor, so it’s FREE, and will always be free!

Q: Is everyone approved as a member?

A: Actually no, we’re not an exclusive club, nor are we a traditional social network, but we are a network none the less.

Q: Why would a member be denied?

We verify all links you place in your profile are to websites search engines deem valuable, and we hope that a link to the AG homepage is listed on your personal homepage or blog. These two things guarantee membership!

Q: Is it really all about links?

A: Actually no. Reciprocation is crucial to all of our success in the blogging arena, however, in order to get the full value of our social features, registration is required in order to work- it’s that simple. Dofollow links are a secondary benefit of basic membership at AG- we figure a simple link to cover the price of admission is fair, don’t you?

Q: I’ve signed up, filled in my social network usernames, but they’re not showing up on new comments!

A: You must be logged in to activate Social Profiles in comments. Verify that you’re logged in, and leave a new comment. If it still does not appear, click the ‘reachout’ button in the main menu and drop us an email. Please include your Username in the subject line.
