  2. Lisa Sanderson

How very exciting! C’mon, Poppy, let’s see whatcha got!! =)

  3. Derek Overbey

Oh My! I knew Poppy when she was just a fresh faced kid right out of University. Now look at her! She’s all growns up. Poppy, I don’t know who is the luckier AG or you. I think AG because now you can spread your British charm all over the web and bring an International flavor to this little thing we call real estate. Congrats!

  4. Gia & Grant Freer

Great free agent pick-up!…congratulations Poppy and everyone at AG. It puts a smile on my face knowing that there’s someone writing in another funny English accent like mine. We have different writing styles us Brits. Just to get you used to some spelling differences from across the pond that will get the spell checker (editor/Lani/Benn) working overtime – labor / labour; favorite / favourite; neighborhood / neighbourhood , the list goes on…and by the way, in England we eat hula hoops, we dont swing our hips with them. Thank you Matt for the hula hoops by the way :)

  5. Mike Mueller

I love Poppy. Love the accent too. Great addition!

Oh and Grant – One great thing about Poppy. She doesn’t give away the Formula 1 Qualifying results!

    (wink, wink)

    ;)

  6. Pilchard

Well done Poppy! You’re a star.

  7. Drew Fristoe

Awesome! Poppy is great! I can’t wait to read one of your articles. Blow me away!

  8. Matt Stigliano

Welcome Poppy. As if I wasn’t already reading enough of your stuff, now I guess I have some more to read. When am I supposed to find time to actually buy and sell houses with all this darn readin’ in the way?

Grant – You forgot my favorite – colour…you know, the word that rhymes with velour. (That’s the argument I give my wife when she gives me a hard time about the spelling thing.) Hula Hoops…mmmmm. I’ve still got one packet of Salt & Shake that I’m holding out on. Now that Poppy’s here though, maybe we can bribe her for regular shipments to the AG offices.

  9. Mark Eckenrode

hey poppy, welcome to AG… but don’t think for a second we won’t be watching for your misuse of the letter “u” in certain words.

    /searching for appropriate commentary …

Nope. I got nothing. Guess I’m a meshuggenah.

  11. Jay Thompson

Fortunately for me in my attempt to absorb all commentary here, Google speaks Yiddish…

Those that don’t know Poppy, you are in for a real treat. She’s wicked smart, funny, and a wee bit irreverent. Quite pleasing to the eye as well, not that that really matters. Much.

    Welcome to the madhouse Poppy!

  12. Ricardo Bueno

Lookout, the Snarky Girls are taking over Agent Genius (as if they didn’t have that planned all along)… :-P

  13. Paula Henry

In shame, I admit, I only found the Snarky Girls a few days ago. Sorry Lani and Poppy! Now, I will be expecting all posts in audio so we can really appreciate your humour and accent.

    Congrats and welcome!

  14. Daniel Rothamel, The Real Estate Zebra

Okay, so the shirt in the picture might be Zebra striped, but it is close enough. :-)

    Welcome aboard!

  15. Vicki Moore

Welcome to the rat pack. Your humor will be a great addition.

  16. Poppy Dinsey

Chris – Thank ya kindly :-)

    Lisa – Stupidly exciting, huh?

Derek – Than you sir, very sweet, a story to tell the grandkids one day.

G&G – Thanks guys! If anyone gets snarky with me about spelling I will quickly remind them that the English language comes from…err, England…and therefore we English are right. Sorry if the Americans decided to drop and add letters at random because they are lazy.

Mike – You’re safe with me, the only thing I like about live sports is the swearing.

Pilchard – Thanks, I feel like that on days like today!

Drew – Prepare to be blown! (Not supposed to sound that erotic)

  17. Poppy Dinsey

Matt – Thanks dude, hope you don’t get sick of me :-)

Mark – Don’t worry, firefox yank-centric spellcheck screams at me all day long about by U’s and E’s :-)

    Jonathan – I’m yet to decide if you’re a mensch or a putz :-p

Jay – Very kind! And yes, beauty does matter. Luckily we’re a sexy bunch in real estate.

Ricardo – Even as a fetus I was planning my snarky AG debut.

Paula – You may just get what you wish for!

Daniel – We can say it’s zebra…woot woot!

    Vicki – Thanks doll!

  18. Brian Miller

just peeked in and saw the announcement. I don’t know Poppy, but it sounds like I’m in for a treat…looking forward to reading her “stuff”…..welcome

  19. Mariana

Welcome Poppy! I look forward to your insight and your snark. :)

  20. ines

OMG! this goes beyond snarky girls…..how cool!

  21. Bill Lublin

OMG Lani and Poppy in one place – We must have gone way over the top in Snarky Limits – I I take one day to actually be in the real estate business instead of tending to my reading as I should and look what I missed. Sorry to welcome you so belatedly, but I am terribly excited to be able to read more than 140 characters of your amazing writing at a time!
(BTW for the record Poppy has a Philadelphia connection, living down the street from the place where the Liberty Bell was made in London)
ANyway, Welcome Poppy, and congratulations to Lani and Benn for another great choice.

  22. Poppy Dinsey

Brian – Thanks for the welcome, very pleased to be here :-)

Mariana – Hehe, thank you! It seems the Snarky Girls was the perfect pre-AG introduction :-)

    Ines – So darn cool!

Bill – You stepped away from the real estate blogosphere…for a WHOLE 24 HOURS?!? What were you thinking man? I only tease, I’m thrilled to be here and thanks for the welcome. I’m looking out my window to the Liberty Bell’s birthplace right now…still can’t get over you guys cracking it, how ungrateful!

  23. Kathy McGraw

I laughed at the comment on the spelling…for 4 years I had to deal with British English vs American English….not just spelling but word choices. I like Poppy’s style, and humor, it will be a nice addition :)
