New AG Contributor To Demystify…

if you don't know what bau-biologie is either, stay tuned, Nickie will teach us!

Welcome

Today, we welcome Nickie Rothwell to Agent Genius as the newest contributor! Nickie brings a very unique background and subject matter to AG that all of us are quite excited about!

About Nickie

Nickie is the Founder of GetStaged2Sell.com, practicing in Los Angeles, California. She’s lived all over the states but calls Cali home. She originally worked in the graphic design industry which evolved into her being a print broker and (like many people here) ended up in real estate in need of a change. Realizing being an agent wasn’t her cup of tea, she did find a niche for herself in staging (after what I’m willing to bet were several appalling homes for sale).

Nickie specializes her staging practice on Feng Shui and Bau-Biologie (Healthy Home), both of which are absolutely mystifying to me! Nickie will be sharing useful tips, tricks, and ideas for listing agents and helping those of us who may not know when to call a professional.

Welcome, Nickie, we are very excited!

Welcome!! Staging is my new favorite thing about real estate and we offer a free staging consultation to all of our sellers. I can’t even begin to explain what a difference staging makes.

Hi Nickie – can’t wait to learn more from you. Staging is the name of the game, especially for vacant homes. After having sold several homes which have been staged, it is hardly any effort to get my sellers to agree to stage their home. Best to you!

Hello Nickie! A stager huh? That is exactly the kind of voice we could use around here. Not enough stagers sharing their knowledge out there. I look forward to learning!

Nickie Welcome – from a part time Los Angelino (is that right?) and an addicted AG person – remind me to send you dates for a great show at the M Bar in Hollywood (Second Saturday of Each Month)
Really look forward to learning from a new perspective –

    Hi Nickie,

Irina’s had nothing but great things to say about you! (And that says a lot). We’ve had the pleasure of connecting through each others blogs… Naturally, I’m looking forward to getting to know you better here as well. And if time permits, maybe we’ll all head out to that Sushi placed Irina blogged about the other day 😀
