The grief, the loss, the overwhelming since of helplessness and the pain that comes with all that is just too much to bear at times for me, and I have to think you’re dealing with the same thing. I manage to make it through each day and each night because of family and friends all caring and sharing in the pain and loss of someone I cared so much about. I know you have a loving family and many friends, as evidenced by all these loving and heartfelt comments – they will help you get through this awful pain and emptiness. Let people help you – they want to and they need to, and you need them to as well.

In reading each of these comments, I can tell you have many years of wonderful memories with Sheila. Cherish those and let them comfort you and help you deal with all you’re dealing with.

I’m walking in the same shoes you are, and it just plain flat hurts like hell. But keep walking, one foot in front of the other, as I am. I have faith that one day, some day, things will be better, for each of us, than they are right now.
