Through a manipulation of the system and exploitation of loopholes, there may have been some FSBO's appear on Realtor.com. The bravo wishes from Little House are in error. The agreement between NAR and the parent of Realtor.com prohibits placement of FSBO listings. Since Realtor.com does such a poor job for consumers and Realtors in delivering transparent data at inexpensive rates, NAR should be looking at alternative partnerships with which to license the Realtor.com name.
