Put it all on black!
Despite mixed reviews about the future of iPad, some real estate search sites are betting on a wild adoption rate, just like most Apple products and have invested money on having custom applications built for the iPad platform (which seems like it would be the same as the iPhone application, but the development is quite different).
Today, Zillow releases their free iPad application that looks to be more than just an alternate iPhone application, and it even allows users to save their searches on the iPad which will also appear on Zillow.com and their iPhone application.
Check out what it does:
We’ll let David Gibbons of Zillow.com explain in the short video below:
“We jumped at the chance to create the Zillow on iPad App because we saw this as a unique opportunity to create a brand new, photo-driven home shopping experience on the most incredible Apple device yet,” said Zillow.com CEO, Rich Barton.
Zillow is one of the few real estate apps that will be in the store when the iPad launches, so it will be interesting to watch it grow in comparison to those that come to market in the coming months.
